As a therapist, I hope to provide a safe, comfortable environment that promotes healing and growth. I work with children ages 4+, adolescents, and young adults. I operate from a trauma-informed perspective, considering how our unique life experiences impact how we see the world, function at home, school, and work, and regulate our emotions.
My clinical interests include working with complex trauma, childhood emotional abuse and neglect, depression, anxiety, dissociative symptoms, family conflict, behavioral challenges, school avoidance, suicidality, and self-injury. I have worked at an adolescent day treatment, outpatient therapy clinic, school-based therapy setting, and a domestic violence shelter.
In my free time, I enjoy visiting local coffee shops, spending time with friends, listening to podcasts, and relaxing at home by watching YouTube or Netflix or spending time with my 2 cats.
