Who I See:
I work with individuals aged 6 and up who are navigating life’s complexities, whether that means unpacking complex trauma, exploring identity, or managing overwhelming life transitions. I specialize in providing affirming, supportive care to LGBTQIA+ clients, children and adolescents, folks with trauma, and women exploring health and wellness. I also have a special focus on helping families build connection, foster validation, and create spaces for open dialogue and autonomy.
How I Work:
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Outpatient Clinical Supervisor, I provide guidance to our clinical team while maintaining a strong connection to my therapeutic practice. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to meet you where you are, honor your lived experience, and collaborate with you to find meaningful growth and healing. I bring a person-centered, trauma-informed, strength-based approach to therapy and draw from many modalities. My practice is also rooted in compassion, social justice, and a systemic understanding of how the world impacts who you are and how you show up in it.
I strive to create a therapeutic space that is both direct and affirming—a place where you feel seen, supported, and ready to tackle old patterns or beliefs that no longer serve you. Growth can be uncomfortable, but I’m here to guide you through it with authenticity, humor, and a deep respect for your innate resilience.
My Background:
My experience includes intensive in-home systemic therapy for children and their families, in-home therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum, and group facilitation for LGBTQIA+ youth. I also developed and facilitate the Girl Power Group at Us 2, a self-discovery and empowerment program for high school girls.
A Bit About Me Personally:
Outside of the office, you’ll find me camping in the woods, experimenting in the kitchen, or rewatching my favorite films. My pug, Kevin, keeps me company and usually steals the show when I’m working from home. I believe that community, connection, and self-discovery are at the heart of healing, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients on their journeys.
