¡Bienvenido! Soy una psicoterapeuta bilingüe. Ofrezco servicios de consejería (terapéuticos) a niños, adolescentes, adultos y familias. I have a passion to work with individuals, diverse groups, and communities to improve mental health. I use CBT, DBT, client centered, strength based, mindfulness, while incorporating other modalities based on the individual needs of clients. In my practice, you will often find me supporting parents as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and all the adjustments that occur after starting a family. I have a special interest in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and working with people through perinatal loss, fertility challenges, and birth trauma.
I have experience working in the treatment of mental health conditions in hospitalization/inpatient settings, health clinic, and outpatient settings. I have a background in working with persons with eating and feeding disorders, intellectual/developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, severe and persistent mental illness, and substance use disorder.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking my dog for walks, and traveling.
