Each person’s needs are unique, which is why I believe in the importance of meeting my clients where they are at, and recognizing how their experiences shape the way they operate. I work to empower my clients to be the experts of their own lives by utilizing a person-centered approach, as well as mindfulness, self-determination, and strength-based techniques.
I work with clients ages 5+, including adolescents and adults with a wide range of matters including anxiety, depression, culturally related concerns, self-esteem, and self-worth. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, and have worked with undocumented, refugee, and asylum-seeking individuals. Through my work in legal, higher education, and non-profit organization settings, I have grown to be passionate about advocating for underrepresented and marginalized populations and expanding resource access for these individuals.
In addition to working at Us2, I enjoy spending time with my family, thrifting, yoga, and trying new restaurants.
