In therapy, I focus on each individual person’s strengths, needs and preferences, while moving at your pace. No two people are the same; I enjoy being creative in tailoring my approach to help clients meet their goals. I work with individuals age 12 and older, and utilize techniques from multiple evidence based practices to create an eclectic approach.
I have a special interest in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and enjoy working with people through fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. I enjoy working with a wide range of concerns including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, substance abuse, parenting issues, relationship issues, anger management, immigration/cultural adjustment, grief/loss, and stress. I have 13 years of experience in non-profit leadership, mental health therapy, and case management for various populations.
In her free time, Kinsey enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, reading, and spending time near water.
