My goal is always to provide you with a safe and supportive space to share your struggles. I hope to empower and support you to reach your highest potential. I have a special interest in working with teens, adults, and our perinatal population, and currently work with children, adolescents, and adults. 

I have worked in a variety of settings including mental health case management, non-profit organizations, schools, and higher education. I enjoy working with diverse communities  nd people of diverse backgrounds. I identify as a first-generation Hmong American woman. 

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son exploring parks, golfing, and taking road trips.
