Clinical Therapist

(School Based)

She/Her/Hers

US2HS-130

I am a Hmong American. My personal experiences influenced me to become a clinical therapist and begin the lifelong journey to help others find healing. My approach includes a combination of approaches including mindfulness, strengths-based, person-centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe engaging in a nonjudgmental and understanding approach creates a safe environment that helps my clients meet their goals.

I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults who are walking through some of the most challenging parts of their lives by inspiring hope, building on strengths, and setting goals collectively to help them move forward. My professional experience includes work in child welfare supervising visitation and providing counseling to college students on campus. I have also worked as a youth mentor for adolescents.

I love being outdoors such as hiking, boating, fishing, swimming. I enjoy art, museums, listening to music, live music, and spending time with family and friends is important to me.
