I take an empathetic and collaborative approach in therapy to identify their strengths, needs and goals. Using that, I work collaboratively to develop a treatment and therapy plan with my clients that is best suited to you. My therapy style is an eclectic approach of best practices that is client-centered and strength-based while including CBT, play therapy, behavioral intervention approaches. I specialize in providing a safe and non-judgmental space to explore client’s feelings and work toward personal growth My passion lies in perinatal mental health and infertility.

My previous experience includes providing mental health services in home with parents and children, and advocacy work for couples struggling with infertility. I have experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+, as well as parents of LGBTQIA+ youth. Additionally, I enjoy working with clients with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship and family issues.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, graphic design, and traveling.
