SCHOOL-BASED THERAPY

INTRODUCTION

Us 2 Behavioral Health Care's mission is to reduce barriers of mental health care. We partner with Neenah Joint School District (NJSD) "The Hope Program" and Appleton Area School District (AASD) "Building Connections" program to provide short-term individual and group counseling services to students at the schools.

DID YOU KNOW?

About 7% of school-based clients continue outpatient (in-clinic) services after completing the school program?

This continuation is also very common for families who relocate outside of the school district (but within Wisconsin), promote to middle school in AASD, or graduate high school in NJSD.

By ensuring a seamless transition to outpatient services, we help maintain the progress and support that students need during these pivotal times. Our commitment to ongoing care ensures that no matter where they are, our clients have access to the assistance they need.

SCHOOL-BASED THERAPISTS

Thank you, school-based clinicians! We appreciate how much each of you have grown and helped to improve this program. Us 2 and the school districts would not be where they are today without the hard work and dedication of each of our clinicians. A special thanks to our fantastic Isaac for his supervision throughout the program. Enjoy your summer!
